That was until I met Barry. He analysed my needs and assisted with directing me to a product that would meet them. He also advised on the correct installation method plus installers that would do the correct job according to a system. Barry was simply amazing. We had a disaster with the installation of the floors to our new home and were struggling with the responsible company to acknowledge the poor workmanship and remedy the situation. With Barry’s reports and recommendations, we were able to finally get the company to completely refund the substantial amount of money we paid them and had them redone. Not only was he incredibly friendly, supportive and professional, the knowledge that he has and passion (and knowledge) for what he does, shines through… no time was inconvenient for him to take my calls or pop in and assist immediately (even on a Sunday afternoon!). The service I received was above and beyond my expectations. I called on the Monday to enquire if it was possible to have laminated flooring installed in my flat that week.
