Barry was simply amazing. We had a disaster with the installation of the floors to our new home and were struggling with the responsible company to acknowledge the poor workmanship and remedy the situation. With Barry’s reports and recommendations, we were able to finally get the company to completely refund the substantial amount of money we paid them and had them redone. The service I received was above and beyond my expectations. I called on the Monday to enquire if it was possible to have laminated flooring installed in my flat that week.
