This week we bring new life to old, covered up pine floors in a beautiful farm house undergoing renovation in Vyeboom, Western Cape, South Africa. Thanks to Emil Munnik and the Ciranova team for supporting us with their great range of wood colour treatments and sealers.

After lifting the carpets and sanding back the floors, we used Aquapad as our whitewash, followed by three coats of Fortico 1C sealant, with a further sanding after the second coat. Watch the video for greater insight into what you can do with old pine floors. Don’t pull them out, upcycle them!
